hopkins is light years ahead of roy as far as greatness goes, having speed doesnt give you a ticket into the hall of fame, roy needs to take the 40 % and STFU, hopkins will gain nothing by beating a roy jones that has been KO'd twice and spanked like a baby by calzaghe. roy has everythin to gain, if he beats bhop, then he revives his dead career.

hopkins is at the top, roy is at the bottom. hate it or love it thats the way it is and bhop has the right to call the shots.

antonio tarver beat jones twice, arguably 3 times, the first one was razor close( bhop crushed tarver)

glen johnson damn near killed jones (bhop easily whooped jonhson)

calzaghe spanked jones ( calzaghe beat bhop in a razor thin decision that should have been a draw if you have eyes)

jones is coming off a win vs. jeff lacy and sheika
get serious for yall that think roy is better, like jay z says "men lie, women lie NUMBERS DONT" check the stats

this is my prediction HOPKINS VS JONES II ( hopkins by execution)
You have not written anything worth arguing about, especially since you credit Calzaghe with ONLY a "razor-thin" win.

In fact Calzaghe won almost every round against hopkins who at a very early stage of the fight just concentrated on finishing on his feet.

If they really want to fight (and if they think they can win), they should split the purse 65/35 with the winner getting the bigger slice (if it's a draw then 50/50). Personally, that's the way all fights should be...

That is a great idea, but it will never happen.

well not in the eyes of one judge who gave the fight to hopkins... and many still dispute the decision so you should speak for yourself ****** cos it was razor thin. lol

if they want to fight hten why not honestly i think that this would be a boring fight 2 counter punchers fighting eachother= boring fight tho i think Roy would take him he still is very fast and probabnly the fastest guy in a while that b-hop has fought look at what calzaghe did to him with speed he gave him alot of trouble

I'd like to see another fight between the two then hopefully they will both retire.

Hopkins bores the pants off me, then i watched the Pavlik fight and I'm thinking where was that against Calzaghe?!

Either way lets get it on.
