Manny showed that he could still perform at a very high level against Thurman and did better job than I ever expected. Spence also had a major car accident. Manny doesn't throw combinations at Danny Garcia speed. Few can get inside and throw combinations like Manny, most with throw 2 and from orthodox angles. Spence likes to get close and break you, his jab powerful, accurate but, not that fast.

Manny understands the importance of having a good base, he can deliver on target multiple times sometimes exploiting openings that require major leg strenght not to tip over. Again, Spence likes up close action which can help Manny who's used to having to get in and out of range quickly. Manny can also overstay his welcome inside but, Spence isn't a technical wonder like Marquez. That said, it's basically a style thing that makes it closer in my book. Watch Spence's feet...I see a Leonard vs Haggler type dynamic in this one.

BTW, watching that one live, i didn't know who won at the bell and was thinking Haggler did more damage but, Ray knew to land 2 or 3 for each punch that seemed to really hurt and you could tell that they hurt.

Biased ass dumbass writer doesn’t want to acknowledge that Manny’s win over Thurman is greater than any win Spence has.
A razor thin split decision in a fight that Thurman out landed Pac in both power punches and total punches = beat the carp out of Thurman?

Did I miss something? Isn't this fight being fought at 147. The same weight Pac has fought at for years? Either I missed something or this is just another completely ****** post by the Urine and Feces boy. Please clarify.

And you better honor the bet when Spence wins.

Fighters like Pacquiao & Canelo face all comers like past fighters Ali, Duran, Leonard, Hearns, Hopkins, Trinidad, Robinson, Chavez & many more. Sad.
They both want Pac because that's where the money is, duh

unbelievable how haters live in they’re own diluted little world.
Why are you pretending that Thurman didn't look horrible and almost get stopped against Josesito Lopez. He also was coming off a 2 year layoff before that Lopez fight and was ripe for the pickings and everyone knew it. What's funny is that you actually believe this WWE foolishness. Manny is doing what lots of famous fighters have done before him and that's to sell his name for losses and money. He is trying to clean up his tax problems and that's the only reason why he accepted this fight. Otherwise he would have fought Spence after the Garcia fight. Either way, Manny is about to get beat up real bad.

How many fights does Pac already have that he endured punishments? This man is unbelievable. Pac reminds me of the Great Sonny Liston.

Before fighting Spence, Mikey never fought at welter, not once. Pacs been fighting there for more than a decade. Even a total idiot like you can surely see the difference. The fa cking idiot is YOU!
