The only one gassing are the people reading your gazillion comments which make no sense. Cotto will not gas in early rounds or later rounds. Check yourself and give credit to THE NEW POUND FOR POUND CHAMPION MIGUEL COTTO!!

i don't make these kinds of judgments by the sound punches make.
Maybe you should and by the way 2+2 is 4 right? right!

Will Manny be moving backwards all fight though? What happens when tags Cotto good and moves forward. He's not that much smaller. I feel like the main emphasis on his training should be on keeping good distance like Morales and Marquez did.

Why do people keep bringing up what he weighed when he was a boy of 15?

He's a man now, and has just destroyed the lineal Jnr Welterweight champion, who had been the champion for nearly four years - and physically dominated him. He's a natural Jnr Welterweight now, and is only moving up 5lb from what is now his natural weight. He's more or less the same height as Cotto, and his fight night weight is the same as Floyd's.

God you cant get over this cheap and worn out excuse of your demand for Cotto's retirement if he loses to Pacman because Pacman was once a 106 lb fighter, cant you???

The truth is that same as Pacman was fighting in the PAST at 106 Cotto also was fighting in his PAST at 105. As an amateur Cotto was facing guys like Ivan Calderon and others at 105 and spent more than 6 years as an amateur while his body grew. Pacman didn't have the amateur background or experience and spent his first 6 years from 106 to 122 mostly fighting 95% of his fights against guys in the Phillipines untgil he came to USA in 2001.

Like i said 106 is part of Pacman's PAST as it was in Cotto's PAST also.

I bet even you was once at 106 lbs in your PAST also.

Get over that cheap and worn out excuse and be more creative.

It used to be "he should retire if he can't beat someone who only weighs 148lb on fight night." Then I pointed out that Floyd only weighs 148lb on fight night, so he changed it to "he should retire if he can't beat someone who only weighed 106lb when he was a boy of 15." Now you've pointed out that Cotto only weighed 106lb when he was a boy of 15, I wonder what he'll come up with next? Maybe it'll be "he should retire if he can't beat someone who is trying to be a film star"?

Cotto has the similarity of De La Hoya when it comes to being a converted Southpaw and it makes me wonder if Pacquiao will deal with that pretty easily as he did with De La Hoya.
Lol. Throw any comparisons between present day DLH and Cotto out the window. Don't embarrass yourself.

Co-sign. The argument is just the prep work for the excuses that will rain down once Cotto breaks Pac. Love pac but he is in with a totally different animal. He has a puncher's chance with Cotto.
