Agreed… Funny how the same people were asking Andy Ruiz to ignore his signed contractual rematch when he beat Joshua.

If a contract is valid then you honour it. Rahman tried to do the same thing, not sure why boxing is like that. With Fury and Wilder I hope it’s another lesson in activating your rematch clause and communicating, not just staying silent for almost a year.

The problem is Hearn is now his own worse enemy. Everytime he sets a fight for his fighters his adding rematch clauses incase his fighter loses. Even the Fury v Joshua fight has to be a 2 fight deal putting the Heavyweight Division on hold for a whole year. Fighters these days only fight twice a year and it's not fair on the other fighters like Joyce and Ussyk who are Already in their mid thirties. Fury and Wilder have done the same and it's come up and bitten Hearn in the preverbial butt. The only way to stop this is all the Alphabet bodies need to put a rule in if you lose a title shot then you need to win 2 more fights before getting another shot at the title otherwise this will become the norm.

Fury is honoring a contract that he signed. He was evidently over extending himself by signing for a 3rd fight with Wilder THEN agreeing to 2 fights with Joshua and getting you all hyped up with all these empty promises. It doesn't work like that. I saw this coming especially when he didn't fight his tune up in December.

What’s the problem? Why shouldn’t fury fight wilder. They signed the contract for a rematch. Nobody saw COVID coming. Wilder gave fury a rematch when he didn’t have to. If Ruiz ducked Joshua after beating him for those belts we say it’s unfair. The issue at hand is can fury do it again?

"Taylor and Jose Ramirez didn't have a UK broadcaster" - didn't have a UK broadcaster because Arum doesn't promote in the UK. His fights will go out 2-4am in the morning to a non rebuilt fan base with no UK interest in the undercard asking ppv and you think it that get Sky or BT interested.

Taylor is being fattened to get beat by Crawford. His next fight should be in Scotland.
