If DAZN gets this on their platform the PBC is officially the feeder promotion for Canelo and DAZN from 160-168. This is the most leverage they'll ever have.

They have the last belt at 168, 3 top class opponents (Plant, Benavidez, Charlo), and more upside on PPV with backing of a major TV network.

Im not sure Plant has a big fan base, it doesn't seem so. But $10m is probably doable.

Well it looks like negotiations have officially begun. Now it’s up to Canelo’s side to either accept that number or put forth a counter-offer. The clock is ticking towards 9/18 and there is a lot to resolve so both sides need to get busy.

Man if this gets made as a FOX PPV, it’ll be undeniable that PBC is the best boxing promotion in the world. I usually don’t get caught up in the promotional fan talk. But the level of fights they have lined up is amazing. Got Davis/Barrios, Wilder/Fury III, and Spence/Pacquiao. That’s not even mentioning the quality non-PPV cards that are scheduled (Big Charlo, Floyd/Paul circus, 154 undisputed match, Colbert/Gamboa, Benavides/Uzi, and the return of Rigo. All interesting matchups (aside from Charlo/Montiel), and the possibility of bringing the P4P king over as well. I wouldn’t entertain a lot of cross-promotional matchups either if I had the ability to roll out a line up like that. So much for going bankrupt, lol.

agree with the others i dont care much about caleb plant, hes a ***ing bum but whatever it would make canelo a unified champ in his second division so if thats what he wants fine
If he fights in September then again before early December that would be 5 fights in 12 months.
As far as Plant goes. If the fight happens it would most likely be on DAZN as Hearn and Canelo have a good thing going’s if $10 million is what it takes to get it done i’m sure DAZN would pony up.

                    $100 per PPV. Fight will sell 2 M +.
                    Go get your money Caleb!
No they won’t. Lol. Unless of course the investment is solely to raise PBC’s profile because Canelo appeared on their boxing platform, which means those fans might trust PBC with other fights. Then again, those same fans that tuned in, watching Caleb get KO’d, would follow Canelo back to DAZN…

3G has very little to fight for except money and how he plans to go out. I have been saying for a year now he has two fights left in him. He is close to 40 that could be why he has not rushed back into the ring also, it matters. Just a quick take on that part/
