I agree with this to a degree. Manny is clearly looking for the biggest money fight which is perfectly fine. But, we can't act like the McGregor fight wasn't the plan, then Ryan, then Mikey, then Bud, before settling on Spence.

It hurts him so much, in fact, that he no longer cares if he lives or dies.

A lion like Pac cannot live with the fact that Floyd beat him. He MUST make up for it somehow.

With the Spence fight, Manny now has a chance to make up for the biggest loss and regret of his career. If he can beat Spence at age 42, it may go down as the greatest victory in boxing history, and he will have decisively elevated himself above his arch-rival- Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Manny is ******** his life to change the past, to re-write history.

          Death before dishonor.

          I respect him for it.

But Spence won't let it happen.
His fault he waited so long in between fighting legit guys.

JMM is legit but pretty much an opponent Pac needs. Of the 4 fights, only the last one can anyone truly say had a winner we can all agree on.

Bradley was ok but dude has no power. 3xs ?!?!?!? He didn't give Horn a rematch so avenging a robbery is not a viable excuse.

Thurman was largely inactive and had a terrible time with a journeyman. Still a major step up for Pac.

Back to back legit guys and I must give Pac credit....FINALLY !

This last one could be painful

This is true....however, banter will continue as it would ANY OTHER CHAMP fighting.

Can't no one say anything negative about Pac without feelings getting involved

Manny takes the path of most money. Manny’s a warrior and he goes in thinking he can always win. He’s always in shape. He’s not afraid. But if he gets paid the most to fight the best, why not? Even if he loses it’s against the top guy. Still leaves him more options after the fight. If he wins it’s huge. But I don’t know how anyone can think manny’s taking this fight for any other reason than he expects it to pay off the most financially. Plus leave him in a place to make the most in his next fight, win lose or draw.
