Tyson Fury did that shit by not honoring his contractual obligation to the Wilder/Fury rematch clause on the advice his promoter Bob Arum who had erroneously told him that it had expired. He attempted to breach the contract but Team Wilder called him on it and rightfully so. Team Fury were double dealing with Eddie Hearn while knowing full well in advance that they were not going ahead with the undisputed fight with Joshua/Fury fight in the first place.
