I don’t remember people being this upset when Errol Spence fought Mikey Garcia.

Garcia had only beaten Lipinets and Broner at 140. He fought at 135 right before the Spence fight.

Why was that fight acceptable if fighting the undisputed champion at 140 isn’t?

The only person Spence fought who had this pedigree was Mikey Garcia, who’s even smaller than Taylor and didn’t accomplish a fraction of what Taylor has at 140.
