Lopez has talked a lot about moving up in weight it is a natural increase due to his size and age, a fight that guys move up in weight for just to take the money really? And you Arum start testing the waters before these two guys even get in the ring and have there day? Back off. As was mentioned there are fights for these two guys what if it turns out to be a great fight no one cares to see a second.? You just dont know till these two guys get in the the ring Sat Nite. Why take away from this fight sat night with this talk. Talk should be about what is about to happen sat nite not in Arums dreams.

I have no problem with the fight, and honestly Crawford's plans according to his best friend are the winner of this fight, Ortiz and Mikey Garcia. More power to him.

I don’t remember people being this upset when Errol Spence fought Mikey Garcia.

Garcia had only beaten Lipinets and Broner at 140. He fought at 135 right before the Spence fight.

Why was that fight acceptable if fighting the undisputed champion at 140 isn’t?

I dunno? Because maybe Garcia wanted the challenge and moved up vs. Spence moving down like what is occurring here.

Josh Taylor is better than anyone Spence has fought.

Apples and oranges. 1) Crawford hasn’t even fought Taylor 2) He isn’t a WW and had he moved up I’d have Kell Brook when he fought Spence and Porter definitely beating Taylor.

Sure he has. There are guys out there who have ZERO chance of beating Bud and he can pad his record up at the same time. He doesn't need Ortiz. Pffft.

I see why MMA is doing so well. Not saying its right but competition is basically FORCED between fighters. The result is great fignts OFTEN and true champions. We dont get that at all in boxing. At all

Mikey Garcia was the one who called out Spence and Spence had repeatedly said he would prefer to unify with Porter and even went into the ring after Porter beat Garcia and called him out face to face.

But then Porter chose to fight Ugas after all that and Spence had no choice but to accept the Mikey fight as a stay busy fight.

He got the Porter fight anyway thanks to Ugas almost shocking Porter.

Made Porter realise he would rather lose the belt to Spence than to some random dude.

This will be the first time that two former undisputed jr. welterweight undefeated champions have ever faced off in their prime. Crawford vs. Ramirez is a elite clash, some 'fans' have apparent agendas.

I agree that it an elite clash, I don't think its fair that people act like it isn't just because they would have prefered Porter vs Bud.

Its like, people obvious would have prefered Canelo vs Benevidez, Charlo, or Andrade because they would have been much more competetive fights, but doesn't mean Saunders or Callum Smith were not good fights.

But at the same time, fans are getting sick of not getting the fights they want.
