For months and months, people have been denying that there was even a arbitration case on going.

It was all a mystery 'The only people who would of known that it was not a mystery would of been? Tyson Fury's team'.

From the start they should of been 100% transparent with Eddie Hearn 'It seems like they were not'.
No...really... NO. Its the same ignorant misconception that all the promoter lovers/haters have and all the idiots that think they could predict that this fight would/would not happen. Its really very simple: If you are Arum you have a duty to yourself and your client, because that is when you get paid... the only duty to be transparent is to Fury, Not to any other party. Ditto for hearn who is also trying to stall, and scrounge to get the most lucrative fight for his charge.

When are people going to get this? Its fundamentally how a fiduciary works... Arum does not give two shiats about what billy bob thinks about his ethics.... hearn is no hero to the cause. these are people trying to get paid and if they think there is an inkling for something better, they will gofor it! the brass ring is worth the reach, until the gold ring is put up for grabs.

What of tomorrow Bomb Squad gets an injury in training? What if Wilder finds his accountant ran off with all his money and decides to take a payment? Nobody knows that any of these fights are a done deal until both fighters arrive for the evening. Any promoter is going to consider all options at all times.

Wanna change it? tell the promoters to take a fkin leap, do what the Paul brothers do, eliminate the middle man. Let the fans pay an escrow for the fight purse, let the networks bid on the fights, and as Eff Panda says "let the promoters be like wedding planners."

Yeah I don’t see how anyone can defend Team Fury. They’ve lied for months telling everyone that Arbitration was a non issue while Eddie hearn busted his ass to make the undisputed fight. All the while Bob had reserved a stadium as a “back up.”

You was the one poster who said all along? This thing may not happen. Even myself just the other day? I stated to another poster, nothing really has changed 'This fight has been announce plenty of times, THERE needs to be a official press conference' That suggestion of mine was mocked slightly.

People are trying to put the blame of Eddie Hearn, when maybe his lack of experience in big business has shown up here. Arum and team Fury were not straight from the start, nobody on this site knew how serious this arbitration was 'If we did? There would not of been debates, or people being mocked due to just suggesting? Hey this fight may not happen, because of Deontay Wilder'.

Note: I don't really care for this side of the sport, I never knew there where so many legal experts on the forum. There are people who work in that field who were also confused. That is why I have no idea, how the member I have just spoken to is playing this off like he knew for sure all of this is going to happen etc.

What do you want them to do, burn down the courthouse? You may not believe they actually are angry and frustrated, but thats not what you claimed.
            Appeal it.

Not only that but Fury and Wilder have always had some kind of business alliance, the first fight was an obvious fake draw with Fury carrying the bum and fake falling twice. The rematch was real because haymon could not buy off Fury/Arum. Now the business alliance resumes and I would bet my bottom dollar Fury will carry wilder again to revive his status and future earning power, don't be shocked if Fury Arum get a piece of wilder's future purses (vs AJ).

looks like they are pretending to be outraged now. but it's what they wanted all along and planned for. they purposefully let hearn make a fool of himself.

I am far from the only one, there are a few who legit have worked with contracts who also understand... When you have any fiduciary, financial, legal, etc...They work for you amd are an extstention of you. Thats all these promoters are doing because they get paid when the fighter gets paid.

Yeah, promoters as they have developed in boxing suck lol. No doubt.

Mate, I don't care about fiduciary to be honest. What I am stating is? On these forums, you was one of the most vocal people with the opinion 'That this fight was not going to happen'.

Since the fight has fell through, there are people on here 'Trying to make out, that they knew the fight was not going to happen' and they are also faulting Eddie Hearn's approach. Those people are all being subjective, and have personal issues with Hearn & Joshua etc

Fiduciary or whatever, Bob Arum and Team Fury were not straight up with Eddie Hearn 'They caused all of this confusion, and disrupted multiple fighters plans'.

I think Fury is just pleased he now knows what to look for. It’s probably tough for someone like Fury (drug issues, discipline, etc) not knowing what he needs to get up for. So he’s likely happy for his own well being that he’s finally out of the Joshua fight fiasco that brought him uncertainty. He knows now he needs to train for a 3rd Wilder fight. AJ is likely happy too, he now knows he needs to fight Usyk.

They are probably both glad that came to an end. Probably just at peace with it.
