Why is Andrade vs Charlo so hard to make?

His skills are there to see! I do think he’s on the decline unfortunately. I would pick Charlo and Canelo to beat him but I think they’re fights that need to happen sooner rather later. He’s a title holder and in the top 5 of the division.

I personally like his style and his goofy personality. Makes a change. Keith Thurman is my guy too. Oddballs.

He’s not exciting to me. He’s fought guys who have been overmatched and he’s been careful and played it safe instead of trying to make a statement. I’m not anxious to see him fight again.

Nothing. The fight to make is ggg v Andrade. In house. Same promoter . Same network. Unification. The winner should then fight Charlo.

But DAZN wants to save ggg for a 3rd canelo fight.

The fight is so hard to make because at least one of them is not interested in making the fight. How do we get it done? Offer a crap ton of money for it, or have the WBO or WBC make the other their mandatory and threaten them with getting stripped. The fight might still not happen, but it's a start.

I don’t believe Andrade was a pbc fighter. I believe he simply appeared at a card and fought on SHO. I might be wrong.

I also believe it was Andrade that pulled out of the planned fight.

That said, as of right now both Andrade and ggg are on DAZN and are fighting bums rather than unifying. you should be holding them accountable for this.

Andrade absolutely NEVER fights anybody good and Charlo has only fought three or four good fighters in 31 fights. Both guys are more bark than bite.
