Yes. But he's also beyond desperate right now and will DO ANYTHING to save his failed empire. His last hope left is wilder, to get fraud wilder back into the mix. Haymon will do anything to save wilder's career and to block AJ from KOing Fury. If AJ were to KO Fury in August it kills wilder's leverage and demand power to fight AJ. If AJ KOs Fury first, wilder has to accept what AJ Hearn give them.

So don't doubt for a second that haymon has rigged the judge and will rig Fury to play soft in the third wilder fake fight, because his future in boxing with pbc is at stake. arum doesn't care because it give him and fury another big payday and it extends fury's earning power until the AJ showdown, but who knows if arum and fury really want that?

would not be surprised if haymon and wilder give fury all the money for the third fight to get the fake draw. anything is possible in this sport and especially with a desperate al haymon down and nearly out.

Or...haymon and wilder get the fake draw with Fury this summer and a term of the deal is to give Fury a % of all his future fights (he would get $50-100m vs AJ and Fury would get a cut of that just for carrying wilder and giving him a fake draw). Remember Braddock got a cut of all of Joe Louis's title fight purses. Fact. Boxing is crooked and corrupt!

I've said before, Hearn is a moron for trying to make a fight with a guy in court. He could've told Fury to handle his business with Wilder, made AJ money against Usyk, and he could've still made this fight for August in Saudi Arabia. What he did was waste a whole bunch of people's time and money.

            I agree with this.

Of course Wilder wants the fight. Fighting Ortiz a second time should prove he's not afraid of anybody.

More importantly, this could be his only chance of ever getting AJ in the ring. if he knocks out Fury, he steals back that spot as the money fight to be made.

Why does fighting a mediocre guy with 0 top wins twice prove he's not afraid of anybody?

Taking the AJ fight when it was offered would have proved so, but obviously we all know how that ended..

Hearn could have told Fury to fight Wilder months ago? And then told him to fight AJ in August?

Considering you call him a moron, you seem to have great confidence in his ability to influence fighters he has no promotional relationship with.
