Can't build a full even small indoor arena with proper AC in less than 2 months.

It will be a bigger version of the Ruiz setup as has been talked about.

Not being in a built up area which holds the day heat means it will be slightly cooler. 25ish. Lights are a big heat source though.

So they're going to build an indoor arena that won't be any cooler than an outdoor arena. OK....
