Is there going to be a press conference announcing the fight? That is how fights get announced.

Since when? Fights always get announced before the pressers. That's how the media and people know when to turn up. We aren't in the 80s anymore.

            Since forever.

Big fights all have press conferences.

Does anyone who actually knows and understands boxing think AJ can beat Fury over 12 rounds?

Sure, but they don't get ANNOUNCED at them.

Normally they travel around and do a "press tour" but given the circumstances I don't think they will. UK & Saudi Pressers only. Weird not to have a US presser for such a massive fight. Can they attract the US casual market?

I don't think they will attract many US casuals. But there's plenty of boxing fans who will want to see this fight in the US.

This fight was announced months ago.

It has been announced many times before.

There needs to be a press conference, to officially announce the fight.

It will most likely be a zoom type conference, but that is good enough for me.
