            Bob Arum is a Lawyer, Contracts are pretty simple things. Wilder had nothing to stand on.

            The only legal threat with arbitration is taking legal action costs money for both parties.

                  Well Arum and Fury went to a case about it, which was apparently more like a negotiation.

                  I guess that’s why Fury was rightly saying he wanted the site fee money guaranteed in escrow before signing the contract, if he has some sort of financial commitment regarding the Wilder case.
