    Completely agree, I don’t give a f*** about the belts, but what I do care about is good matchups and this is certainly that. Should be a war.

        Exactly, and the winner is already set to face Fulton.

        I would love for Roman vs MJ II or Aleem vs Roman or Aleem vs MJ in the mean time. A lot of good fights to be made in that division and Inoue may come there soon enough as well.

          Instead of just waiting to face the winner in September, I wish they would have made Fulton vs Roman for this card and then the winners meet in September.

          I’d definitely like to see Roman get a rematch with MJ too, I had Roman winning that fight and it was also a good fight to watch.

          I’ve only watched Aleem once tbh, but he did look impressive, think it was on the Fulton-Leo card.

            This type of thinking is why Teofimo Lopez isn’t the undisputed champion at 135.

            It needs to stop.

              Totally agreed. Make it a doubleheader where the winners face off. Fulton is even willing to fight Aleem before September but that's obviously not going to happen. I know they are aiming for Aleem to get shot vs MJ, but I wonder what Roman does in the mean time? He's going to be the odd man out here.

                It is a unification fight

                a unification between a minor unrecognised title and a major one

                  Probably a mistake from boxrec, but they list the nery vs figo fight as a fight for the super belt.

                    Fulton = WBO

                    Miss me with any of the "unrecognized" or "minor" titles crap. Those are the only four belts and titleholders I consider.

                      Because it should be for the super belt per WBA rules.

                      I hope there’s two super champions. That would be awesome.
