Fury deserves damages. Fury was ready to fight at any point in time within the contracted dates. Fury hasn't fought since the 1st Wilder fight. Wilder was unfit and the networks pushed it back and back all while Fury wanted to fight.

If Wilder is getting any money then I don't see why Fury shouldn't get some too. He has lost out on fight earnings just as much as Wilder has. Likely more money seeing as he was going to get the bigger split in the 3rd fight.

Its not Furys fault Wilder or the networks didn't want to fight in the 6 months after the last fight.

All signs are pointing to a Wilder arbitration victory. That means a Wilder/Fury III bout is coming soon. So get your tickets right away.

I am on the fence on this,I want Fury to fight AJ next, but I think he owes Wilder a rematch(unless it was Wilders fault & or had the contract just specified a date & nothing more),so I think because of the pandemic this likely leftist judge will try to rule in Wilders favor because of the pandemic excuse, but it sounds like the contract said an exact date the rematch had to happen in,in which case Wilder is owed nothing legally. So I hope Wilder doesn't get his rematch because he'll be holding up undisputed thats happening soon anyways.

Fury's team: I can't understand why Eddie is taking so long.

Also Fury's team: Still debating the validity of a rematch clause from a fight that took place 15 months ago.
