I think Nery is a bit small for super bantam and Figueroa's defense straight up sucks.
I can see both of them hitting the deck in a exciting war that will have fans asking for a rematch.
Correct analysis. I still keep my Nery KO pick here exactly for what you just said about Figueroa's bad defense. However, I bet on the draw and also put a few notes on Figueroa by KO between 9th and 11th, one never knows... That would make my weekend!
Just the one fight this week gents, unless someone knows something I don't. There was maybe a little promise in the Cruiserweight matchup between Cieslek and once beaten Kashinsky or even the De Carolis vs Richards bout here in Manchester pitting the aging vet against one of the UKs brighter rising stars... but I thought we been holding quite a rapid pace over the last coupla months and it wouldn't hurt to have a quieter week for once.
Nery vs Figueroa should be a fun one... ain't got the odds up yet but it's hard to imagine Nery won't be walking to the ring a hot favourite, either way we should be looking at all action fight, not one to miss.
