First of all, Deontay Wilder is asking a judge to do nothing. So far it hasn't reached that stage. These are just the preliminaries; Mediation and arbitration. Wilder hasn't yet to begin litigation which could cost both men $ millions in legal fees and delay this Joshua/Fury fight for several more months or even years. So why don't Tyson Fury just end this farce and give Wilder the trilogy bout that he is rightfully and contractually to? Until this case gets resolved to Deontay Wilder's liking, then Tyson Fury shall always remain at the mercy of Deontay Wilder. He would never fight Anthony Joshua or let alone resume his boxing career without doing so.

and u r aware that the “mediator/arbitrator in this case is a retired Judge...so yes - Wilder is asking/begging a judge for another beatdown from Fury. And Fury can fight while this process plays out...Educate urself - he is not at “Wilders mercy” lmao!! If the judge rules in Wilders favor..Fury may have to pay a monetary judgement awarded to Wilder. Fury is free to fight anyone he wants when he wants!!!! Go do some more research
