    Fury failed under everyone's rules.
Nobody fails any test under VADA rules. VADA adhere to WADA rules, the same as every other testing agency, including UKAD, and they don't make rulings or pass judgements on their test results, they just report them to the relevant commission.

VADA reported the oxylofrine in BJS's sample to the Massachussets State Athletic Commission because, in some circumstances, it is illegal.

It wasn't illegal for BJS to use it during camp, but The MSAC, in their infinite wisdom, decided not to issue him with a licence to fight in their state. If he'd already obtained a US licence before that test was taken, he would have been allowed to fight, because nobody can revoke an athlete's licence for a test result which doesn't break any WADA rules.

And, in case you haven't got the message yet, BJS didn't break any WADA rule by using oxylofrine outside competition.

LOL so true. People, including myself, tend to forget Fury served a 2 years suspension during his hiatus and dealing with depression.

No VADA have their own rules. They follow WADA banned substances but all banned substances are banned year round. BJS failed the test under VADA rules. Stop making up BS. The WBO banned him and let him off early for doing work with kids etc.

This has nothing to do with the Charlo's but yet the mariachi boys keep the name in their jaw.

Nelo dropped his belt because he was scared of Charlo.

Nelo got his ears boxed off him by Floyd.

Nelo was gifted W's against Lara and GGG.

And Nelo is doing 70k tomorrow. Charlo is hitting a heavy bag for Monciel prep, Floyd needs money… GGG and Lara who?

VADA take samples, send them to WADA accredited labs to be analysed, then report the results.

They don't pass or fail anybody on the basis of those results. They are a testing agency, not a sanctioning body.

When a fighter signs for VADA they sign up for VADA rules. Saunders failed under VADA rules. The WBO are a sanctioning body and they banned him.

"However, Saunders could still face punishment from Massachusetts because oxilofrine is banned under VADA rules in and out of competition."

Middleweight Billy Joe Saunders' world title belt and a scheduled defense against mandatory challenger Demetrius Andrade are in jeopardy after Saunders failed a drug test for the banned substance oxilofrine, a stimulant.
