Refusing a license is effectively a ban. Saunders cheated under the rules he signed up for. FACTS. BBB...uuu....tttt UKAD doe. The same UKAD you **** on when it comes to Fury. Just go fap to some gypsy **** or something. You obviously can't be straight. You talk **** about other fighters popping and then come up with lame excuses for fighters you like. You did the same **** with Fury, saying Hog balls made him fail.

Yes, I do **** on UKAD. They are part of the British establishment elite and no lovers of a rough neck, working class sport like pro boxing. But how is that relevant to this discussion? UKAD follow WADA rules, as do USADA. And under WADA rules, oxylofrine used at any time other than on the day of a fight is not a prohibited substance.

They were doing drug testing under VADA rules, not UKAD or USADA. He failed under VADA rules. Which use is banned at anytime. He popped dirty. FACTS. He was refused a license and banned by the WBO for popping dirty. FACTS. Pointing to other testing means nothing. He signed up for VADA and failed VADA.

I've stated nothing but facts in this thread. I have no idea whether BJS was using oxylofrine as a PED or as a nasal decongestant, like he claimed. But the facts are that he has never been charged with or sanctioned for a PED offence, and Canelo has.

You know what happens when VADA report an adverse finding, stop pretending you don't. They report the finding to the relevant authority, who then conduct an enquiry and decide whether an offence has been committed or not. The relevant authorities in boxing all follow WADA rules, and BJS didn't break any WADA rules, which is why he has never been sanctioned for a PED offence, by anybody, anywhere.

They reported it to the relevant authority and they refused to license Saunders. No they don't they follow their own rules. Like NSAC allow IV's for rehydration, WADA does not.

Has BJS ever been banned from boxing for a PED offence, like Canelo? Yes or no?

Isn't refusing to license someone effectively a ban? He was banned by the WBO. He failed a drug test by using PEDs that were banned under the terms he signed. End of.
