JCC was the best Junior Welter weight of all time. That was his natural weight. JMM natural weight is @ Super Featherweight or Light weight IMO he really shouldn't stay in the 140 pound division long.

    JCC>JMM without a doubt.

Great fight but Chavez stops JMM late.

Chavez smothers Marquez and doesn't allow him full extension/pop on his punches while landing big shots of his own.

Chavez was good at 130, 135, and 140. But he looked downright savage at 130 and early 135.

Yes Chavez was a small man.

Chavez wears him down and stops him late. Just too big and too strong.

Chavez's best division was probably 135.

I know it might not be the most fair comparison since he had less fights there so less opportunities to have struggles (Laporte and Lockridge @ 130, Taylor @ 140), but he looked amazing against Rosario and perhaps peaked in that bout.

Their height and dimensions are close.
c'mon man, chavez is too big and too strong and his beard is too tough.

Chavez is not that much bigger than Marquez. Just have the mythical matchup at 135 or below, where Chavez fought until 1989 or so.

He'd probably win, but the size advantage isn't that huge or a big deal.

              Chavez's intelligent pressure is.

No way JCC PEAKED in the Rosario fight. JCC had good fights at Lightweight but his prime was Jr Welterweight

Juan Manuel Marquez would fuck his **** up! bad! mark my fucking words cross my heart.

JCC was a tough customer but honestly, his skills are not on JMM's level, and JMM is a tough customer himself, maybe even tougher, hes never quit.

lol Chavez only a little bigger? He's a ****in monster compared to Marquez. With that said, Marquez wouldn't be able to stay too close to prime Chavez. If he did, he'd catch some ****ers.
