I'd pick Chavez to win through his consistent, educated pressure. He would take his share of accurate counters but he had a great chin. Plus he rolled with and slipped shots effectively.

JCC wins a competitive but clear UD, or maybe scores a late stoppage.

How so? they are both 5'7. If chavez is bigger, its not by much.

Chavez is a little bigger, but not that much.

He was a champ from 130-140, probably peaking at 135. Marquez has won titles from 126-135.

Their height and dimensions are close.

JMM and JCC would have been a great fight between two Mexican warriors. Marquez has better skills, Chavez has more power. If pressed, I'd go with Chavez on a narrow decision or late KO.
