You just claimed ESPN refused to air Terence Crawford-Shawn Porter on their network, based on no evidence, to excuse Shawn Porter for not signing a document and emailing it back to the WBO.

I also want to point out that the Porter fans have already posted his podcast, where he states he didn’t activate his mandatory. He blamed it on having to listen to his promoters.

But back to your insane conspiracy theory...

How have Bob Arum and Terence Crawford made it clear they don’t want the fight? They’ve both openly talked about making it.

Do you think the 15 months had something to do with the global pandemic? Did you notice that the wbo ceased operation for three months?

How about other WBO champs that have gone more than nine months between mandatories...

Billy Joe Saunders has gone two and a half years without making a mandatory defense. Does the WBO favor DAZN and Eddie Hearn too?

Demtrius Andrade made his first madatory defense this year, after winning the title in 2018. DAZN/Hearn and the WBO are in bed together, right?

It was none other than Buds trainer himself that said Porter activated the mandatory,yet you choose to believe he somehow activated it & entered negotiations but yet didn't want the fight.

You are basing everything your saying on assumption. What I'm telling you is its literally laid out in WBO rules that mandatory gets designated different ways in different situations at boards discretion(as i said Porter might've already been designated mandatory behind closed doors & began negotiations as bomac said) (no different than WBC,but WBC actually tried making Canelo give ggg 45% for his gifted title. That shows the gull WBO has never shown Bud or Arum for that matter especially (its a known secret he pays bribes to Varcacel,& hes hes admitted in fed court to paying bribes also)

The 1st step to becoming Mandatory as laid out in WBO rules is : entering into negotiations,the rules say Porter cannot be "mandatory" until the WBO designates him mandatory (nowhere in this exact section does it say hes supposed to file that form & then he'll suddenly become mando, because as with all sanctioning orgs its at own discretion of the board entirely without question,& as I said he might've already did that but they told them to negotiate without saying anything publicly (again at wbo boards discretion which they use often)

If talks break down once WBO has already ordered Porter as mando; WBO gives a warning of a month or 2,& then orders purse bid for the then designated mandatory(as opposed to unofficially like he might've been). (The problem if you're Porter is in order to become Mandatory Bud whos a network contract fighter, has to agree to let him become"officially" Mandatory, Because the WBO rules allow Bud that right of refusal so long as hes willing to fight Ortiz instead (or whomever is the next in line at the time,whom is considered "worthy",but when the steps are listed in official rules they don't say anything about filling out that form at that time,because the WBO only announces anything if Bud agrees hes going to fight Porter behind closed doors to the WBO)

Porter knows more than anyone on this site thinks,fans should pay more attention to how these things work,because everything is done behind closed doors(when you see someone designated mandatory,there would already have been tons of jostling behind the scenes for that to happen,the WBO is literally the slimiest of them all when it comes to important champs. Thats why they mandated Andrade 2 back to back mandos but Bud hasn't in 15 mos.
