Watched this interview yesterday on DAZN. Have to say that BJS is hard not to like. Someone on these boards once said that BJ is just too Alpha for most men to relate to and I tend to think that's true. He doesn't give a **** what anyone thinks about his behavior. Everybody says they do it for the glory more than the money, but in BJS' case, it really seems sincere. He said in the interview that he'd rather leave the ring dead broke and have to walk his ass home but a winner than to leave the ring with millions and a loss. He wants this fight bad, but i wonder if he's going to be able to handle his nerves.

You don't give a **** yet you've been begging for his attention for years now. Canelo's relaxed behaviour must have been pissing this guy off.

It's nowhere close to one of the biggest upsets in boxing over the last decade or two, if Saunders wins. Canelo has been beaten before, but yes he is a fine fighter and pound for pound right up there.

Uh no even if this turned out true I could rattle off several that would shock me far more. The first that comes to mind is Tyson vs Douglas. It would be an upset of course but not a terribly surprising upset. Billy Joe has the style that troubles canelo the southpaw stance and he's not a bad boxer.

I don't think people are underestimating Saunders, just that some people don't realize how good and versatile Canelo is. Because he is this powerful puncher that usually comes to attack, people either forget or don't realize he's also a very slick defensive fighter himself if he needs/wants to be. He's also very adaptable to any style. I too see this as a total ass whoopin. KO or very dominant UD.

Not saying Saunders sucks and don't belong in there, Just saying Canelo is currently on another level and there's absolutley no shame in losing to him at this point of his career.

I would have given Saunders more of a chance if he was active for the past few years but I can't see it I think he survives the distance at best

I called that fight for Ruiz once he was officially filled in to replace the guy. I can find it too. I mean it was an upset but I know he was going to win and I called it on this website. Nobody was going around saying Frankie randell was going to drop and beat Chavez. But if he beats canelo I am putting it over AJ and Ruiz. Who’s actually betting 5,000 and up on Saunders ? Who’s taking a big bet on Saunders ?

I'm not interested in any kind of bet with a guy who invents his own reality as he goes along. You are as untrustworthy as a boxing judge with an envelope full of $1000 bills in his back pocket.
