The Boxing Scene staff all got together for this article and sweat bullets crafting the best opening sentence they could muster:

"IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is hanging back and waiting for an official announcement for the biggest fight is career."

Unfortunately, they put so much effort into the article that they didn't have anything left to put into proof-reading it.

Sounds like you've had one to many hits to the head, son.

Joshua more protected, yet has the best resume in the HW division....?

Go brush your teeth, I can smell the BS on your breath.

Great to Fury fan rushing out in droves here in defence Fury's greatness and talk down on AJ. Unfortunately for you guys who's the best will be decided in the ring. You can claim of speculate whatever you want but it means completely nothing till Fury and AJ have fought for the supremacy at heavyweight.

At the moment both guys believe that they are superior to the other guy. That’s how it should be. Hopefully we will find out who's the real king at HW in a few months time. It's not a matter of boasting. And no excuses afterward.

You've encapsulated all that has gone wrong with Joshua's career there but it pales in comparison when you list Fury's negative's.

I think he has more than a fair chance.

The fickle nature of boxing fans have put all of the pressure onto Fury. He's been put on this pedestal because he is undefeated - when really, that's the only reason he's #1. Not because he 'head and shoulders' above AJ - as some deluded trolls believe.

I'm not even saying this to provoke any of those clowns but if AJ beats Fury - Fury will probably kill himself. Either with drink, drugs or suicide. Seriously; the guy will need to be looked after.

How do you know he ducked Wilder rather than vice versa?

Wilder was far more protected than Joshua. He was on his 40th fight, 7th title defence and 10th year as a pro when he fought Ortiz.

As for a fight between them. Both big hitters with shaky chins. But Wilder has been hurt by worse opposition (Sconiers, Molina, Washington) and is much more one dimensional and basic.

Fury should beat AJ but I dont think its entirely clear right now how much the Fury/Wilder fights were down to Fury being great vs Wilders just being bad. Its probably a mix of the two.

These kind of comments sound a little desperate coming from Joshua .It's still early days for him after the Ruiz mauling and little since but I suppose it's better than saying he was hammered by a little fat guy.
