Billy was being sarcastic. I don’t know if they showed the full video. He put on his Instagram story a video of Canelo saying he doesn’t care what size the ring is, And then Billy said the ring size is sorted, Obviously in a sarcastic way because Canelo said he doesn’t care what size the ring is.

He's just trying to get under Canelo's skin a bit, put him off his game. Will it work? Probably not, but no harm in trying and building up a bit of controvosy.

Plus like I said it’s not really about trying to rattle Canelo. Saunders said last year before the Smith and Canelo fight that he won’t be running around all week doing media when he has the fight.

It’s just about him putting his power into his own hands rather than running around to someone else’s tune. I’m glad he’s stuck to his guns on that, I think it’s easy to turn up to these big events and get caught up in it and act out of character or starstruck by the event.

He’s making it into the Saunders show today. It won’t rattle Canelo but It’ll keep Saunders where he wants to be.
