People don’t realise they doing it on purpose. It’s the travellers way. They’re not just going to turn up and be a thankful opponent and follow the lead to take part.

That’s the same thing fury did when they went to Germany for the Klitschko fight.

It’s not so much about rattling the opponent, It’s making a presence felt as if you are there to win and not just be thankful you got the opportunity, it’s the trap a lot of opponents fall into in these kind of fights. It might not affect Canelo, But it keeps Saunders from falling into that trap.

Go and watch his DAZN interview and you can see it’s all by design.

Actually it’s also allows you to point out insecurities of the big-name fighter. If they were 100% confident, They wouldn’t be trying to get smaller rings or putting extra foam under canvas Wlad did.

I’m happy they’re acting like this, it’s how they should be.

He wants to be able to run properly just like in the Lemieux fight.

That kind of request was granted when he fought the Quebecer native David.
Probably because he's dealing with easy-to-deal-with Canadians in Montreal.

I remember watching one the undercards which featured small lightweight guys.
The unusual size of the ring eventually became noticeable to me.

What would be the usual size ring for a SMW title fight like this ?

Not that I blame her but she's leaning back away from Saunders when he's talking and I can't hear much of what he says. What specifically is his complaint regarding ring size. What is it and what does he want it to be??

                  I’ve seen this mentality before...

When he wins, it’s against all odds, and if he were to lose, it’s because of ring size or injury or gloves or weight or ref or judges or Mercury in ****ing retrograde.

He never gets a fair shake, even when he gets a fair shake.

It sounds to me that he doesn't plan on hitting Canelo. He wants to run. Well ready or not, he can't run and he can't hide. He is going to have to stand and trade with Canelo by out punching him by a 2 to 1 margin or he won't win the fight. if he doesn't throw any punches then he won't win. It's just that plain and simple.
