i doubt that at all hatton still brings massive money anyone looking for a nice payday will fight him, Diaz wants to fight him, Malignaggi rematchmaybe marquez if he loses to floyd, hell he could even fight Nate Campbell. Id say theres plenty of option for him really he could even fight his brother if he wanted lol.

I would really hate Hatton to get badly hurt in the ring but love watching him fight.
i think a fight with mayweather wouldnt be a bad thing witha fair ref cortez is a jokerif hatton were a yank and floyd british you would of seen holding and geting in close hes a fraud if it were a fairer ref think you would of seen a closer fight and even a split descion in floyds favor pbf floyd wernt schoolin hatton was just alowed to fight his way and hatton wernt alowed his way pac was a bad beat he was made for hatton his style his speed and power combined well to wipe out ricky defo beat urango khan or alexander bradley would win over the 12 like one loss dont make a bad fighter castilio tyzu colazo urango malinghie there good fighters hattons beat i aint wrote him off yet not by a country mile

He should come back and fight Juan Diaz and then finish off with a huge all-brittish fight vs Khan.

He's going to fight the Mayweather/Marquez loser if he comes back.

I think the visit inspired Ricky and with the right mindset, he can recapture the fire he once had that made him world class. Hatton is good for boxing and I hope he gets it done. Big Hatton fights are allot of fun and are very exciting. There's only one Ricky Hatton and I'm glad he's returning. After all, he's only 30 and it's not like he looked faded against Pac, he just got caught napping on a shot and went to sleep.
The visit from Ali should have inspired Ricky to remain inactive. In a recent interview Hatton stated that Ali's condition was the 'exception' and not the rule. Gerald, Meldrick, Norris and the ghost of Jerry Quarry may have a list of some other 'exceptions' for him to consider.
Ricky has a beautiful family and money to spare. Any ring return would be based on pride, greed or both. Diaz would fight him in a heartbeat. Hatton could defeat him on paper, but just his required fifty plus pound weight loss would drain him dry. Should he get past a Diaz challange, the line up beyond Juan is too well equipted for him to threaten. There are not a large number of fans outside of the U.K. yearning to see this young man get back in the saddle again and possibly get seriously hurt.

Hatton should retire while he only has 2 losses to the 2 #1 p4p boxwers in his era. Trust me, its only gonna be downhill from here. He won't be ablwe to salvage legacy if he continues fighting.

why not? maybe one more fight against khan or diaz then base his performance against that opponent and decide if he should fight on
