I got Ruiz but maybe Wilder turns it around with one punch.
This is a sound breakdown of what this matchup would entail.

All I have to add is that Wilder wouldn't sign up to this fight.

Arreola is a much needed tuneup after a long layoff and coming off a loss. Nothing wrong with that.
      You beat me to it.....

Just the simple fact that this fight hasn't and won't happen tells you all you need to know about what the PBC thinks of Deontay Wilder's lack of talent.....its hell just trying to figure out who to put him in with to be safe.....there are no safe choices that will get Deontay wilder back into the title picture....therefore he probably should at least consider retirement.

I d favour ruiz to beat wilder. I'm sure wilder has power to ko even very good chin ruiz. But I have faith in ruiz to damage wilder enough to the point wilder punches won't have as much venom in them.
Don't let wilder getting kos even late in the fight fool you. That's because wilder opponent didn't damage wilder in anyway.
Taking body punches by ruiz to the body for 10 rounds wilder won't feel so well

Fundamentally sound? You got to be kidding me. Gimme a break! He couldn't cut off the ring against Anthony Joshua for Christ's sake. In addition, the guy stands only 5'10 inches tall and fights too erect. He would be batting practice for the longer and wiry Deontay Wilder. Deontay decapitates him because he doesn't bob and weave or move his head; Which was the reason why Luis Ortiz was stopped twice by him. One cannot eat too many of those right hands without head movement as the shorter fighter. He would be a real easy target for Wilder's right hand. Ruiz would not last the full twelve rounds. Wilder knocks him out him before the seventh round.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion and I hope there are many more like you if this fight ever happens.

No one in top 10 skips Whyte. He's an easy ko for any of them. Ruiz is levels above Whyte, and would make him look a novice if Whyte ever dared get in ring with him.
