I tried to tell y'all a long time ago that Berlanga wasn't that good.....the guy only scored 1 legit knockdown...the rest were "top rank specials".....LOL......he's sloppy....lacks real stamina....can't put punches together....ZERO inside fighting skills.....he's nothing more than a slightly bigger version of Jaime Munguia.....SMDH....they better keep putting him in light because the feather fisted guy he was fighting was touching him pretty good.....if that's a guy with any power and timing Berlanga is in a pine box.

I dont want to be harsh, but the flaws he showed were just too many. He has nothing really to fall back to once his power fades and his workrate stops.

I'm not going to scream hype job just yet. All fighters go through this at some point or another during the beginning of their careers, Good fighters, learn and improve, hype jobs never do. So it's up to Berlanga to show everyone what he has learned from this experience.

He's definitely one of the best fighters with that record lol guy fought everyone. Jesse Hart , Terrel Gaughan, D'Mitrius Ballard , Brandon Adams, Rob Bryant shiiittt guy got a better resume then 99.9% of fighters ranked in the top 10 . His wins where against good undefeated prospects. Demond Nicholson 100% overlooked him was winning the fight then got caught at the end **** happens . Anyone who watches boxing regularly should be able to tell Demond Nicholson a solid fighter

Calm down. He’s only 23, only has 17 fights, and most of all, he’s only gone 24 rounds his entire career. He has ample time to prove himself.

I know, bad management for Byfield. Terrible waste of his talents so other guys could get the "w". Why can't he fight some bums and pad his record. Bad management. Bad management.

I don't think he has being exposed, but I'm pretty sure he ain't ready to fight another fellow prospect, David Morell Jr. The Cuban seems more athletic and complete fighter, the reason I mention DMJ, some fans were arguing what would happens if those two were to fight. Of course a punch can change a fight and Berlanga has that changing power. Still, I'd put my money on DMJ.
