Hearn's a scam artist.
Said he had a BILLION dollars and would be taking over the U.S. market. Less than 3 years later, he has basically pulled out of the U.S. market with his tail between his legs. Wasted a lot of money, got no traction.
Despite that, he conned DAZN into giving him more money, even though his two biggest UK names - Joshua and Whyte - aren't even included in the deal. Why anyone would give him 9 figures for the rest of his talent pool is a mystery.
Hearn will soon find out that it was Sky that made Matchroom, not the other way around. And without the marketing and promotional support of the entire Sky corporation, Matchroom will find that it's an uphill climb.a
