What? Are you on about fury v Joshua? Bob arum has already told us exactly how that’s playing out! Sky/BT in U.K. and ESPN in USA. It’s really simple. Aren’t trying to be patronising. I’m just blown away at the lack of awareness on this site sometimes.

Without doubt Sky boxing has run it’s course with it’s current agenda and I have to agree with some comments posted here regards to Adam ‘ weirdo’ Smith and other members of their team . Let’s home Edward keeps the price real and only the very best fights end up on Ppv .....here’s to hoping!

EPL would be coming up soon. Dart would probably still be on Sky. I personally only care about boxing and football. But I have Amazon and BT sports for that.

And when Joshua fights they’ll give it to the highest bidder. If that’s dazn get ready to open your wallet some more UK.
True, but at least we won’t ever get stiffed for $100 PPV. Literally nobody in the UK would pay it.

This seemed like it was destined from day 1 of the Eddie & DAZN deal.

Does this mean Frankie Fish Eyes gets Sky now or is Sky gonna say buh bye boxing except for maybe a random AJ or Whyte fight?

Dont agree, nothing has been finalised or announced! April says a lot of things, he’s a senile old man!

Flag this post for when it all comes out and I will happily eat humble pie

But I don’t want you to “eat humble pie” it’s not about that for me. And like I said if I came across offensive or what have ya, it wasn’t intended. I hear what you are saying, and you are correct in that it hasn’t been formally announced, but we both know that was 100% gospel, in regards to the tv for this fight. Enjoy your day my friend wherever in the world you are of course!!

If Dazn are carrying the Joshua fury fight in the U.K. ...expect a huge deluge of new subscribers for DAZN.....the thing about DAZN if they do go global they can expect decent numbers in each territory which in turn because it’s one network so they will make huge profits.

you imagine if Germany , Canada , New Zealand , Australia , Mexico , Japan added together could easily make up another 5 million subscribers ...not to mention other countries that take up DAZN.
DAZN are I think looking at it globally and when combined numbers it becomes big

consistently we have sold more ppvs than the American side in the last 10 years.....The U.K. has a healthy population who pay for good fights and that also is the case with the live audience .....mayweeather vs pacquaio was the exception other than that the U.K. outsells America with there home based fighters so who are the more casuals lol

Both countries are mostly casuals, it's best for boxing to be on the same network/app as other sports in UK and US imo.
