So you really think haney has a better resume than ryan? Your absolutely delusional. Ryans resume craps all over haneys. As does lomas, davis and lopez's. Haney is the irrelevant beggar. Accept it loser

His team may not have felt he was ready just yet. They opted to put him into another step up fight which I consider a step up from his last and a larger risk. Again, while Haney takes on competition that’s a step down. That’s been his entire career while yapping like a chihuahua. After both their respective fights they are mandatory against each other. Why not take on another step up fight knowing they will meet in a mandatory to assess your readiness? I can tell you one thing, Haney sure isn’t preparing himself with soft touches his entire career.
Call it what you want, if Haney is so "ill prepared," as you describe, then Ryan should have fought him NOW, not LATER!

Weird to me that Haney gets criticised for being ducked. His resume isn't great, but that's because nobody will get in the ring with him

I think that fight would happen after they both get through their next fights. But honestly I didn’t want Garcia to fight Haney after the Campbell fight, just because he isn’t ready yet, he needs another 2/3 fights, and am glad his team saw that too. They might not even take the fight next.

I find that argument strange too. You criticise someone resume, but they are showing willingness to take the hard fights or they are blatantly being avoided, currently I see that if Haney, Boo Boo and Terence Crawford. And the ones that want to fight them would ask for 10m

Exactly why Jake Paul and other side show fights dominate boxing headlines. LOL.
