You said nobody cares about the belts. I like that energy. In that case, you can't go around and have your own 2 champs in a single division. The concept is you only recognize 1 champ per division (sometimes no clear champ). If I had to rate Bud and Spence, Spence would be at #2 as a contender.
Very confusing stuff. How do they rank in order of importance?
1. AJ
2. Bryan
3. Dubois-Dinu
4. Helenius
5. Charr
Is that right? Not sure on the order of 3 and 4. I am very happy that Charr got dropped as the "Regular" champ, that was becoming a joke. Also, the talk of Fres Oquendo being mandatory for the last 7 years, without having a fight, seems to have died off. But this alphabet org is a bigger joke than ever, with 5 "champions".

Even more ******, but that is a nice try at putting a logical format to it.
Super
Recess and Interim are = to Reg
Gold no one can say with any confidence because the WBA's own documents don't yet cover what exactly gold is meant to be.
WBA tries to spin Interim and Recess as versions of the Regular title. The WBC does the same actually.
WBC Silver is the only officially second place title despite having five of their own. I assume Gold will end up being what Silver is already officially documented as when the WBA finally pens those docs themselves.
These's congruents are for to appease contracts. It's an ass covering method.
So, conceptually, what we have are two titles above world titles, Super and Franchise, then world titles, but also titles equal to world titles. Then finally one for sure world title not equal to the world title and another probably world title also not equal to the world title. So you end up with one version of first place, three versions of second place, and a single version of third place per each of the two older bodies. Except the first place versions, I mean Super and Franchise, are not called first place. They're above first place, which is confusing. First place is world levels ecept we know they're really second. Third is Silver and I suspect Gold except officially Silver is second, Second to Franchise, World, Interim, and Recess, but second. Cause Franchise is an 0. World, interim, and Recess are all 1's and that's how you get FIFTH place title officially in second place....disgusting.
It's like, whatever they decide when they decide it really. ****'s confusing to even explain, hope you got what I'm trying to say.
