Manny lost 7 times in the beginning in the middle and at the end 7 loses, the GOAT could not be beaten 7 times and knocked out cold by a guy others toyed with it.

Manny is too much of a loser the be rated so highly, and when you know boxing and understand how he manipulated his fights to give himself massive advantages its easy to see how man-made his resume is.

Quality fighter not near the best of them all.

Head to Head who is better? PAC or money Mayweather? Mayweather> Pacquiao. Only spitting the facts as he beat him head to head. On an atg list their rankings may differ but seriously who is the better fighter? There is an argument for both cases.

There can only be an argument if you have one to back up, Manny lost 7 times against guys Floyd would beat in a cakewalk, Floyd would never lose to the guys Manny lost to, that's the end of the argument yet Floyd beat guys that would put Manny to sleep, Floyd beats Manny anytime from 130 to 154,

Manny is not in Floyds class.

Ha ha Pac would beat every one Floyd fought, and if common opponents is anything to go by he did. Floyd would have beat everyone Pac fought but only problem is he didnt.
Floyd didn't beat morales, barrera, bradley, jmm x3 times like Pac did

Can you imagine Gallo Estrada or Chocolatito ever becoming champs and a force to reckon with a LMW, beating the likes of Charlo, even winning a belt a MW?

            seems unthinkable, right?

Well, Pacquiao did pretty much that. The unthinkable. Something that was never done before, and even now seems impossible for ANY fighter who starts as low in weight as Pacman, no matter how talented they are

Big Pacquiao fan but it’s not as impressive as what Robinson and other greats done. You’ve got to also remember guys like Robinson and Armstrong were The Champion in every division they fought in, lineal and undisputed. Pacquiao has 4 or 5 lineal championships but never became undisputed. He also never beat the same level as opposition as some of the other greats. Take SRL for example, undefeated Benitez, undefeated Hearns, 70-1 Duran, Hagler who had dominated 160 for the best part of a decade. Pac has a tremendous resume in his own right but it’s simply not on that level.

Pac is easily a top 10 ATG, but he’s not the GOAT. I mean that in the most respectful way possible too, I love Pac he’s a true legend.

A lot of his best wins are against washed up opponents or catchweight wins. Mosley and De La Hoya were washed up and Cotto was at a catchweight.

Plus he has too many losses and he’s been savagely knocked out too many times to ever be considered the GOAT.

there will be even more multi division champions in the future. I don't like this whole 4 belt , 17 weight class era ****. Not to take anything away from Manny, but what Hank Armstrong did will NEVER be replicated again. NEVER. And he did it in an era with same day weigh ins. So no, Manny, nor floyd, are better than Armstrong.

He's not top 10 either. and neither is Floyd. The "wbo belt era", as I call it, is like the era when all kids get a trophy. Especially considering the WBA has mutiple titles. It's crazy. It was bad enough with just 3 titles after the IBF became a major title in the 80s, but now it's just all the way out of control. Then manny has all of that "catchweight" nonsense. No, he's not a top 10 fighter all time. Boxing has over a hundred year history. It's not like the NBA or NFL. And even as a die hard Patriots fan, I have always said Tom Brady is not the greatest qb ever in this puzzy era of football not being able to touch a qb.

Well if not scorecard error. And maybe if pac wasn't robbed against bradley he wouldn't be overly aggressive against jm m in 4th fight
