That Fury train has left the station. At best he gets a modest settlement but he’s not in a position to force a third Fury fight right now. He and Haymon should have returned their calls last summer and fall.
Fury is looking toward multiple big paydays for an AJ heavyweight unification. He has no incentive to fight Wilder again.
