Maybe back In the day ,you don't think anything su****ious is going on at all?

Prior to molina Eddie's go to throw a fight on ppv losing sparring partner was Kevin Johnson

Molina has turned up to throw his last few fights he knows he won't get anywhere he's just using his old padded record as a journeyman to collect paychecks and take as little damage as possible

I'm not sold on him at all. I even think Webb would take him out

Wardley has decent power and some athleticism, his technique and defense aren't particularly sound but he hasn't really faced anyone to expose those deficiencies until last night. He's still early in his career and maybe he improves his technique and maybe he doesnt. I highly doubt Molina threw any fight, he's an old veteran and is looking for a reason to find a soft spot on the canvas most fights. In the interim, he will land a few shots. Last night it took Wardley a few rounds to land something to convince the Drummer Boy to go silent.

38 year old Molina with three fights in four years was too much of a test for Wardley.

Oliver McCall is in his mid fifties and still fighting, but Wardley wouldn’t be able to knock him out. Wondering where they go from here.

He is has no defensive ability at all, low hands and high chin...

Last night he looked like he learnt how to box by following Eubank Jnr on Instagram.

Molina was lighting him up each round until he got rabbit punched and his leg swept.

The DAZN commentary made Wadley sound like he was the next Lennox Lewis FFS.
The commentary was terrible. When Molina slipped, they argued it should have counted because Wardley had “softened him up to the body first.”

guy looks like a heavyweight Josh Kelly. That’s not a good thing.

                  These are fair comments.

According to the haters, Molina both threw the fight while also being taken out by a rabbit punch and having his leg swept. Presumably the evidence for the rabbit punch was Molina saying he was rabbit punched and the evidence for Molina throwing it was that he lost (?). In reality, the slow motion replay showed Wardley accidentally cracking heads with Molina then laying on at least two flush punches to the head.

If you were going to throw a fight, you do not wobble your opponent then go in for the kill and then crack heads with them.

The balanced appraisal is as you say: he has flaws which may or may not get ironed out with time. The unbalanced appraisal is to say he has learning difficulties and is inbred.

I also thought Wardley's previous opponent Lartey took a dive in that fight. Typical scumbag move from Eddie. If he's not paying off opponents, he's paying off the ref and judges.

Wardley is a prospect so there's no reason to be overly critical. But he needs a lot of work, the guy feints way too much and it doesn't lead to anything.

He should learn from the way Molina used the right hand to the body to set up that clean right hand to the head.
