He has been away for 2 full years, sitting him at #1 by default would seem uncharacteristic for a magazine that has dropped people from their rankings even when they win, he should prove that he is still the best. Defintitely top 5, maybe top 3, but not #1. He needs another great victory, maybe a rematch against Marg to avenge his loss.

I don't think a rematch between margarito and cotto is going to happen because ever since Margarito cheated his name in boxing is not as popular as before. But I would love to see that fight!
