IMO the best pound for pound boxer is not the one that has a perfect record, anyone can lose a fight. It is how you come back from your loss and nt only that. If Mayweather or Marquez like you said are ahead of Cotto.... then make them fight against all the opponents Cotto had make them fight against Mosley, MArgarito, Clottey, Quintana, and still be able to fight at a top level after facing such strong challengers your body suffers. I can say Marquez has faced tough challengers but do not tell me Mayweather has....
