If I was really going to bet this, I might lay down something in a mid fight KO for the Russian and Whyte a decision. Depending on odds and all... But I swore off betting on boxing because the damn judges determine outcomes imo. So... I done laid some nice scratch on Fury Wilder one, and they call it a draw... Luckily I didn't lay that scratch down, but I learned my lesson on this a while back.
Povetkin has had A cups for years idk what you guys are talking about. Go look at the David Price or Michael Hunter weigh in. Guy is 4 1/4lbs bigger than the first fight. I don't think he's THAT outta shape. I mean he's in old HW shape. Manboobs are to old HW's as wine is to winos.

I still say its a even-ish fight, maybe it should be 60/40 Whyte, maybe it should be 55/45 Povetkin idk, but at the odds (75/25 Whyte) the bet is 100% Povetkin. As to the judges I try to put that into my line cuz you aren't wrong. Boxing scorecards are sketchy as all fook. But if you take that info account you can make it work for you.

The covid thing is my biggest concern. I'm not sure the guys who've gotten covid who've been in big fights or competitive fights have been doing very well, but if there is any division where stamina isn't as in play as it is in other divisions its HW so I think its still worth a roll of the dice. I'm not about being perfect, I'm about being profitable & I'll take dog money on a 50/50ish fight all day every day cuz I'm gonna win more than I lose long term.

Whyte reportedly came in lighter. I reckon he's looking to use his age advantage this time and try to wear Pov down to take him out in the later rounds.

Could be way off, I've paid **** all attention to the build up.

Whytes going to close them holes up and give Povetkin limited windows of opportunity by retracting his hands back very fast and pivoting away with a tucked chin , I think Whyte is heavily favored because shutting down one punch is easier then winning a fight outright and Whyte will once again impose his size and take Povetkin out ,

Povetkin had the advantages you stated but still was losing the first fight , odds are heavily against him to recreate the way in which he won .

Says the guy who won’t take a bet and makes excuses like a coward ? Ha

The only bet you’ll get right anytime soon is probably this one .

Whyte under 250 is a very formidable fighter, he also has a shaved head . For whatever reasons his best wins are when he goes into a fight like that .

Pov catches Whyte forcing the action. Much like Ruiz did to AJ.

I am going with Povetkin's doppelganger Povatkin here, if he is as good as Povetkin even flabby and at 42 he should be able to at some stage time the chinny and comically slow Whyte.

No... lets try to remember: YOUR the one who challenges people to bets, YOUR the one who was called out and tucked tale... I don't bet on fights. Shoulder Roll called you out and you went into s p a z z mode... making excuse after excuse, then you realized how bad that made you look, got desperate and tried to involve me by challenging me to bet on a fight that we do not even know if it is a sure thing... I didn't ask anyone to bet on any fight... I didn't say anything about any contract and challenge other's intelligence, YOU did. Remember now? Like when you said Usyk didn't change his mind and a poster presented you with two sources saying he did... sad lol! really sad. Yu never learn Ha!

Oh and I didn't bet on the fight coming up... I wouldn't bet on any fight because judges screw up fights.

That first pick for Povetkin was impressive. Had a great ammy career as well. I hope Povetkin can give a good account of himself considering having to fight off Covid.

I was wrong lol. There are a decent amount of responses, enough to suggest the board's bias is in line with the general community of knowlegable boxing fans. Whyte being a more than slight favorite, yet not an overwhelming favorite.

Where are all those who think Povetkin would punch Whyte into next week? Actually seriously, because of the weigh in, some have changed their prediction. I have always liked Whyte, probably because he came from other fight sports and does not have that ammy style that seems so ubiquitious these days. My head says Whyte wins this, but I feel like rooting for Povetkin because as the underdog, having to fight the covid was not his fault. Dude has his work cut out for him fighting so soon after his recuperation.
