He is a tough journeyman with some skill but he is a short HW & has a few kids to feed so he has never been able to give his full attention to boxing. Likeable guy & good family man.

Yes, I thought the same, it's a bit of a shame that he's pretty much become a journeyman/gatekeeper. For whatever reason, it doesn't seem like he's had the backing behind him to capitalise on his talent.
