There are eye witnesses to the accident that saw Tank behind the wheel and leave the scene, there is video evidence of the accident which shows tank behind the wheel and shows him leave the scene. There is eye witness and video footage of Tank using that vehicle throughout the evening, the vehicle is registered to Tank.
There is no doubting it was Tank who did it. Why ppl trying to argue it? No doubt he won't face the full wrath of the judge cuz he will have a belting lawyer that will push his career and fame hard and we all know "money privileged" ppl get treated better in court. But there is no denying he did what he did.
I saw Tanks resident super fan pretty much call him underprivileged in this thread. HE CRASHED HIS LAMBOUGINI, he is now a long way from being underprivileged and I don't read about any charity work where he helps those that come from the underprivileged roots he started from. He's now just acting like another typical rich boy.

The victims were young men and women which means they would know popular culture and would definitely know and recognised who Tank is.
And as pointed out in the statement released they had CCTV pictures of him. The fact that they waited 5 months to charge him, shows that they took their time, to piece together every single thing before charging him.
Because when I heard this back months ago, I thought he got away with it as their wasn’t anything concrete against him. This is why Mayweather didn’t want him in Baltimore. The people defending him or making excuses, are the same ones who were defending, making excuses and calling out anyone who had anything negative to say when Broner was beating people up and when Spence was getting drunk up to the point when he crash his Ferrari and nearly lost his life.... (The usual “Can’t they enjoy their life crowds”)

Unfortunate. Young athletes need mentorship and guidance. If he loses 7 years of his career he will not bounce back. He is 26, by the time he is sentenced he will be 27, that means he doesn't get out until he is 34 - he will be over the hill as you don't get better at boxing in a jailcell.
It's easy to call him names and say he deserves the jail time for the crime, and I agree. But, as a boxing fam, it is a shame to waste such a talent, similar to Valero.billeau2 likes this.

He's my favorite boxer. What don't people understand? Some are angry I've a boxer's avatar on a boxing forum. I don't get it. What's the complaint? Look at how popular his threads are compared to other boxers? In short, yes I can be objective about him when I'm actually dealing with objective fans.
To each his own.
Even Broner... who I feel is an idiot... has a father at home. I hope that Tank finds a way out of the curse that is B'more. People drive so badly in the area as well, as if the other stuff was not enough. I hope Tank has a realization and gets out of there, I really do.
I can understand rooting for Hank... He is, despite his talents, a true underdog when you consider his situation in B'more.
