Eye witness testimony is the least reliable, a good lawyer can cast doubt over what those people saw. It only takes 1 contradictory statement. Also it could be his car, but that doesn't mean he was driving necessarily. Again all of this contingent on him not admitting anything or talking to the police in the first place.

Sure that sounds good for a courtroom drama, but it's going to take more than one simple contradiction to create the reasonable doubt required not to convict. If you have several eyewitnesses corroborating the relevant facts, it's going to be hard to overcome

Yeah I was laughing at that but about the case against him, I mean how many famous people are in Baltimore, short, light skinned black man with tattoos on their necks, driving around in a distinctive lambo?

The victims were young men and women which means they would know popular culture and would definitely know and recognised who Tank is.

And as pointed out in the statement released they had CCTV pictures of him. The fact that they waited 5 months to charge him, shows that they took their time, to piece together every single thing before charging him.

Because when I heard this back months ago, I thought he got away with it as their wasn’t anything concrete against him. This is why Mayweather didn’t want him in Baltimore. Unfortunate. Young athletes need mentorship and guidance. If he loses 7 years of his career he will not bounce back. He is 26, by the time he is sentenced he will be 27, that means he doesn't get out until he is 34 - he will be over the hill as you don't get better at boxing in a jailcell.

You have to know that area, but when someone has talent, many individuals are gunning for them. So many talented musicians, rappers, students are killed by someone from their same hood.
