Whilst I Kinda see the point you are trying to make (I disagree with btw) I think it’s refreshing to hear a young fighter speak in such terms. When pressed over if he’s ready, what did he say in ring post fight? “Wether I’m ready or not I just want a chance”

All this talk of wether Ortiz is ready for Crawford doesn't really matter because Crawford is going to stay far away from guys like Ortiz, Ennis, Porter, ect ect. Crawford said himself on Saturday that he's off to better things, but those better things don't include Spence, Ortiz, Porter. Now I'm confused, so what exactly are better things Crawford? All that said, can anyone tell me who has Crawford beat that even comes close to Ortiz talent and power level? I will wait for a name because I can't think of any, I will remind everyone that Crawford is talented, but he has not put that talent against dangerous competition, and he is not a big natural WW, Ortiz is, Ennis is, Spence is, Porter is. Go watch the Crawford vs Benavides fight, now Benavides lost that fight, but Crawford had to fight very defensive, eyes wide open, and fought 12 hard rounds because of Benavides size. Ortiz is leaps and bounds better than Benavides and is much more powerful and gifted, if I was Ortiz I would wait, but if the fight presents itself (highly doubtful Bob and Crawford take it), he's going to take it, and if you don't think he's a live dog and has a shot? Bro, do you watch boxing? He's the WBO #2 contender, and the strap he won on Saturday was from the WBO. Porter is ranked#1 by the WBO , so Bud is going to have to pick one or the other.
