There is s certain WW champ with multiple belts (afaik) who couldnt knock down or even hurt a former featherwight champ.

It takes balls to hurt someone or knock them down or even out. Mikey didn't display any balls at all when he faced Spence. He just came in to lay down and collect a pay check. He didn't want to risk getting hurt so he just went into full survival mode without throwing any punches.
