Did you ever try arguing with someone who knows nothing about boxing?

It's ****ing frustrating. I was talking to my friend, and he told me that boxing isn't a sport. He said that all they do is give these two guys gloves and have them try to beat each other up. He also said that it took no skill. I was pretty pissed. I just left, and didn't even bother arguing. I wasn't gonna waste my time. His argument was rooted in complete ignorance.

isnt this how mma fans feel when a boxing fan tells them their isnt much skill involved in their sport, and anyone can do it.
