You don’t need a location or date to get a deal done ,other then that everything else up to this point has already been agreed to verbally, now with signatures, then a date comes with venue which could take months if need be it wouldn’t matter because no ones fighting until July anyway .
Thanks for confirming. So they'd agreed to a two fight deal last year (or whenever it was) but nothing had been signed until now?

If that's the case then this is definitely good news.

Can't wait for Fury to smash the 2 time's! r@c15t.
I was a fan of Ajs rise then in 18 he said "i won't be rushed into the Wilder fight" when asked when he said"19 20 21"Hearn then said 2020 then he called him self the superior race & then made his don't use white shops comment ‍♂️
Ajs what 31 now & this will be his first fight against a top 2 heavyweight on top of that 4 of Ajs lst 6 opponents were 38-41 washed up & way past they're primes.
I think Aj could be in for a shock here. I'm not saying Fury's fight's we're great but at least they had a pulse & Wilder was world number 1 when Fury ruined him.

Tbh I'm just glad it's signed though didn't Aj duck Wilders 50 mill 1 fight deal because Hearn said there's no date or venue

That's why I'm getting a bit of deja vu because I'm sure I've heard this before. To whoever's in the know about this type of thing, how's this agreement any different to the first one? I hope the fight's made and we'll be hearing about date and location in the near future, just don't want to get my hopes up too soon.
That article was about Fury signing an NDA with a venue not about both fighters signing a contract to fight. Completely different. Reading beyond the headline helps.

It takes two to tango. DAZN offered Wilder multiples of his worth to fight Joshua and he turned it down. The difference is that Fury has accepted the offer of generational wealth.

Probably a contact contingent on these things being agreed by some certain deadline.

                      People are still complaining??!??

I do not know for sure, and I realize I am only a person of average intelligence, but isn' announcing a HW unification fight supposed to be a good thing?
