Cause they are all safe opponents who can't punch. Marshall has a legit pro style with stopping power. Not to mention Shields needs to avenge her amateur loss since it makes for a good story hyping a pro fight.

Anyone who knows anything about boxing knows that this Dicaire doesn't even know how to throw a punch. It was very difficult to watch. She flat out didn't know how to throw punches. That's the sad state of women's boxing. You got champions that look like they've never been in a boxing ring before. Brutal.
