Would of been a very interesting fight. I think Ward would take it, I think he would frustrate Canelo, tie him up, limit the dangers and he was big enough to wrestle himself in to position inside to get a few scoring shots in before its broken up and then repeat.

It would of been an ugly affair, edpecially from Wards perspective but you gotta do what you gotta do and Ward always knew what he had to do.

Canelo. Ward was really hyped, lost to Kov ad wouldn't travel outside states, retired rather than fight who was at that time the bogeyman - Stevenson. Canelo too clever, Ward's hugging wouldn't be a factor, he'd get punished to the body and get broken down.

Ward was very chinny people forget that and he wasn’t the most skilled guy either he was gritty and dirty used a lot of clinching but non of that would work with canelo.
