Teofimo Lopez Purse Breakdown! OVER 50% GONE OFF THE RIP! ARE MY BREAKDOWN CORRECT?

Triller put up $6,018,000 (the IBF mandates 65-35 split in Lopez favor)

    Lopez gets $3,911,700
    20% to Top Rank - $782,340
12% or 100K cap whichever is larger To ABC - $400,000
    20% to Manager/Trainer etc - $782,340

So after all expenses are paid off he has a taxable income of $1,947,020 (which should be taxed at 37% = $720,397)

So after all expenses paid off and his personal income taxed he has $1,226,623 take home from a $3,911,700 paycheck. #BOXING

    Updated:
Updated the breakdown purse bid number I had it wrong by 100K or so.
Updated to reflect the Sanctioning Fee Cap of 100K

    *NOTE: these are just estimations

Why does Lopez have to pay 12% to ABC?
Shouldn't that be split by both parties?

Bob gets $800,000 for this fight and all he has to do is absolutely nothing + Lopez has a 3 year contract and this fight will now push his contract a few more months since is not company

Even worse, he has to pay all four sanctioning bodies, not just the IBF.

Good breakdown man. There’s a good video of Robert Garcia breaking down how little fighters get with a million dollar purse.

well **** like that dont really scale, for instance the sanctioning bodies usually get capped at a certain number and at that rate your trainer and team get a flat fee, your promoter usually only getting 15% so the more you make the less you are spending in a way.

Sorry you lost me here, what's the 3x4 coming from? Shouldn't that be 24 divided by 2? Sorry I'm not understanding.
